The Asian Law Students' Association (ALSA) is an international non-profit, non-political organization. ALSA has become and is continually improving as an association that provides the venue for law students to develop as future leaders and major players in Asia, comprising over 12,000 law students and alumni located in 16 countries.
Officially established in 2011, ALSA Malaysia comprises 10 Local Chapters. As a national consortium of over 1,500 law students and alumni from universities across Malaysia, ALSA Malaysia seeks to develop a framework for various national events to promote academic and cross-cultural exchanges between Asian Law Students.
To promote an awareness of justice
To focus a global vision on the promising future of Asia
To facilitate the recognition of the social responsibilities of law students
To understand and appreciate diversity and share the ideals of law in society through exchange
and communication among Malaysian Law Students.
To motivate law students to develop a creative spirit through a network of joint activities
among Asian Law Students.
